Social Events

There was a good turnout for the Spring Sunday Lunch with 32 members attending. Initial feedback indicates that the food was good and good value and the location fine. It was good to see everyone smartly dressed and not a single pair of gaiters in sight !.

The next social event will be on Thursday 5th July when we will hold a 'Grand Picnic' at Lepe Country Park. This will be an all day event and will start with a 5 mile walk - The Lepe Loop. Afterwards we will have the picnic and hopefully relax and get some sunshine for the rest of the day. We will be issuing an E-Mail shortly so that we can get an idea of the numbers attending and can then compile the grand picnic menu.

We have also arranged a Pub Social night on Monday 21st May. This will take place at the Queens Arms, Basingstoke (by the railway station) and will start at 7.30 pm. We would like to see a good turnout for this.
